Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Source Research Project Lead to join the Technology Development team. The role focuses on conceiving and demonstrating technologies for next-generation EUV and DUV light sources, leading experiments, and coordinating cross-functional teams to scale light source power and stability.

You will manage ideation, testing, and topology of the drive laser and related subsystems, reporting progress to leadership and ensuring alignment with roadmaps and program objectives.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in physics, laser engineering or related field.
• Strong project management and leadership across full project life-cycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Hands-on experience with complex system design, build and test.

Responsibilities

• Lead light source research projects within EUV/DUV programs.
• Align roadmaps to program objectives and manage project plans.
• Document execution and results for product programs and D&E.
• Communicate progress to senior management and stake holders.
• Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams and engineers.
• Manage risks and mitigation plans for projects.
