Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager, Storage and Components, to lead strategic sourcing for AI hardware components powering our data centers. You will drive supplier relationships, negotiate complex agreements, and optimize total cost of ownership with cross-functional teams across engineering and business units.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant hardware supply chains and a strong background in should-cost analysis, with a bachelor’s in a technical or business field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center, hyperscaler, cloud or AI hardware supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or Business Administration.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and drive results.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and consensus-building skills.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and supplier stakeholders.
• Should-cost modeling and value analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing Leadership: develop and refine sourcing strategies and roadmaps across components and storage.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: monitor technology trends and conduct analyses.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build relationships with leadership at core suppliers.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: lead RFQs/RFPs and finalize awards.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: own Master Supply Agreements and SOWs.
• NPI & Production Support: drive commercial engagements for prototypes and mass production.
• Supply Chain Optimization: propose and implement cost-saving improvements.
