Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager, Storage and Components to lead strategic sourcing for AI hardware, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings across data center deployments.

You will partner with engineering and executive teams to shape roadmaps, negotiate complex contracts, own SOWs, and optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring supply chain resilience in a global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies and roadmaps to drive continuous improvement across components and third party storage.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to conduct insightful competitive analyses.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with leadership at core suppliers, influencing business models and roadmap.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize awards.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Own and implement Master Supply Agreements and SOWs.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) & Production Support: Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development, enabling smooth transitions to mass production.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Propose and implement innovations to drive efficiency and cost savings.
