CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for hardware categories powering data center deployments. You will lead technology selection, supplier negotiations, and lifecycle management, ensuring resilient supply as capacity remains scarce.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial strategy and requires deep industry knowledge. You will build multi-generation roadmaps, manage complex agreements, and drive cost reduction

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, commodity or category management within data centre/high-technology hardware.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing and consensus-building skills with a track record of leading complex commercial agreements to signature.
• Strong command of should-cost modelling and total cost of ownership analyses to defend positions with data.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior supplier stakeholders.
• Technical depth to engage credibly with engineering teams on requirements and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sourcing strategies and roadmaps for assigned portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the sourcing process for new platforms and components.
• Manage complex supplier negotiations covering pricing, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Draft and administer master supply agreements, SLAs, and amendments with Legal collaboration.
• Build should-cost models and CO2 analyses to inform negotiation strategy and cost reduction opportunities.
• Establish supplier scorecards and lead executive business reviews.
• Cultivate durable relationships with executive leadership across the supply base.
