Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing for critical hardware categories powering data center deployments. You will drive technology selection, supplier qualification, and life-cycle management while optimizing total cost of ownership in a high-demand market.

Role requires deep industry knowledge, executive relationships, and ability to influence roadmaps across engineering, product, and finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, commodity or category management in data center, hyperscaler, cloud provider, or related hardware field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business discipline.
• Proven ability to translate sourcing strategy into executed results, on schedule and within cost/quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps for assigned portfolios.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, capacity, quality, delivery, and IP terms.
• Draft and manage master supply agreements, SLAs, and amendments with legal oversight.
• Run RFx events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and evaluate proposals on technical and commercial merit.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance to align strategies with business goals.
• Build should-cost models and total cost of ownership analyses to guide negotiations.
