Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for hardware technologies powering our data centers. You will shape requirements, negotiate with suppliers, and manage risk across global contracts.

You will own multi-stage sourcing processes, build cost models, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring supply resilience in a fast-moving AI infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sourcing, commodity or category management within high-tech hardware
• Experience leading complex commercial agreements to signature
• Proven ability to translate sourcing strategy into measurable cost/quality/supply objectives
• Technical depth to engage with engineering on requirements and proposals

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sourcing strategies and roadmaps for assigned portfolio
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, capacity, quality and delivery
• Draft and administer master supply agreements and statements of work
• Build should-cost models and perform total cost of ownership analyses
• Manage supplier scorecards and quarterly/executive reviews
• Collaborate across engineering, product, finance, and legal to ensure supply resilience
