Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, commodity or category management within data center or high-technology hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategy and translate into results on schedule.
• Exceptional negotiation with track record of complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the sourcing process and evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, capacity, quality, delivery, and other terms.
• Draft, execute, and administer master supply agreements and amendments.
• Build should-cost models and analyze total cost of ownership.
• Establish supplier scorecards and drive executive reviews.
