Job summary

Meta is seeking a Commercial Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for Custom Mechanical/Thermal/Power categories, partnering with project, engineering, and technology teams to drive innovation, high quality standards, and cost savings across AI, compute, and storage hardware.

This role will manage supplier relationships, negotiate master agreements, support NPI-to-mass production, and guide in-region vendor programs with executive visibility, across Meta's worldwide infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in technical or business field with 10+ years' experience in mechanical/thermal/power categories.
• 10+ years in Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management in commercial sourcing roles.
• Proven ability to influence at executive level and manage complex supplier relationships.
• Experience guiding commercial engagement and prototype sourcing for new product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead negotiation and sourcing strategies with engineering teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings through TCO optimization.
• Support NPI transitions and mass production handoffs for compute/storage hardware.
• Drive supplier performance, scorecards, and business reviews with key suppliers.
