Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead to manage end-to-end sourcing, understand business needs, and perform vendor research to identify potential participants and secure contracts. You will develop and publish RFPs in Ariba, conduct market analyses, and lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting across Tech and Services categories.

The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, driving RFx events, NDA management, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in sourcing/procurement.
• Experience with end-to-end sourcing and vendor selection.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing and contract workspace.
• Professional certifications (CPSM or PMP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tech and Services.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing cycle from requirements to contracting.
• Publish RFIs/RFPs and evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing (MSA/SOW).
• Coordinate with legal, business and suppliers; maintain project plans.
• Lead supplier evaluations and contract finalization.
