Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sourcing Lead to drive strategic sourcing across Tech and Services, partnering with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs. The role owns the end-to-end sourcing cycle, from market research and supplier evaluation through negotiation and contract execution. Location: Remote.

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually. You will build strong supplier relationships, deliver favorable commercial outcomes, and maintain disciplined project tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience.
• Experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP Ariba knowledge (Sourcing & Contract workspace).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tech and Services categories.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing cycle from market research to contract execution.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
• Lead supplier selection, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with their requirements.
• Maintain project plans and trackers for all sourcing events.

For our client, we are seeking a Sourcing Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive strategic sourcing efforts across Tech and Services categories, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs. The position owns the end-to-end sourcing cycle, from market research and supplier evaluation through negotiation and contract execution. Success in this role will come from building strong supplier relationships, delivering favorable commercial outcomes, and maintaining disciplined project tracking throughout each sourcing event.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tech and Services categories
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing cycle and understand business needs
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
• Lead supplier selection processes, including issuing RFIs and RFPs
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with their requirements
• Maintain project plans and trackers for all sourcing requests and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good project management and process analysis skills
• Working knowledge of SAP Ariba, especially in Sourcing and Contract workspace
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
