SPX Corporation seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Indirect Spend to develop category strategies across IT, labor, travel, and business services, driving multi-year roadmaps and savings pipelines. You will lead RFx events, analyze total cost of ownership, and negotiate contracts that meet security and compliance standards.

Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity to ensure timely, contract governance and alignment with project timelines, while building strategic supplier

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years' experience in global manufacturing with multi-site responsibilities.
• International experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in sourcing indirect categories and IT services in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations, multi-stakeholder projects, and cross-functional sourcing initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own category strategies for indirect spend areas including IT, labor, travel, and services.
• Lead RFx events, cost/value analyses, and drive supplier negotiations.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders to ensure compliant contracts and alignment with timelines.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, standardization, and process improvements.
• Align sourcing strategies with business goals and objectives across units.
