Experis Technology Group is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Analyst to drive technology sourcing, supplier management, and procurement analytics in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. This remote role focuses on software, SaaS licensing, and contract administration.

You will lead RFx events, perform spend analysis, and collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in software/tech procurement, SaaS licensing.
• RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) to award.
• Reviewing contracts, SOWs, licensing agreements.
• Spend analysis, benchmarking, sourcing analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute technology and ecommerce sourcing strategies.
• Lead RFx events and supplier evaluations.
• Perform spend analysis and should-cost modeling.
• Develop cost-saving opportunities and TCO optimization.
• Manage supplier relationships and scorecards.
• Review and negotiate contracts, SOWs, licensing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, legal, and suppliers.
