Job summary

ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sourcing lead to manage the end-to-end sourcing cycle for Tech and Services categories. You will understand business needs, research vendors, and drive contract sign-off.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, publishing RFIs/RFPs in Ariba, and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end sourcing and supplier selection.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and MSP/PMO alignment.
• Experience with Ariba Sourcing and contracting workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tech and Services categories.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing cycle from needs analysis to contract signing.
• Publish and manage RFx processes in Ariba.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to support decisions.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract finalization.
