We are seeking experienced heads of procurement (4+ years) to help train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20+ hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage RFPs/RFQs for core workflows.
• Create vendor-scoring and evaluation matrices to compare suppliers.
• Review supplier contracts and SLAs; support spend-analysis and supplier-risk reviews.
• Contribute to category strategy and savings-pipeline reviews.
