Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing strategies, negotiate prices, and manage supplier performance in a manufacturing setting. The role collaborates with local SCM and global commodity leaders to meet organizational goals while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will drive cost reductions, conduct risk assessments, and support new product development with effective supplier partnerships and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Procurement, Planning, and Logistics.
• CPIM or CSCP certification, a plus.
• Experience with RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and e-Auction execution.
• Proficient with JD Edwards and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Execute annual cost reduction program.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuity.
• Perform spend analysis and develop commodity strategies.
• Manage supplier selection and performance to support operations and new product development.
• Coordinate with global sourcing team for eAuction events.
