Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in sourcing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and advanced Excel skills. Travel up to 10% may be involved for onsite collaboration and supplier audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial and logical functions, multi-sheet workbooks, macros) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and supplier selection.
• Identify cost savings opportunities through data analysis.
• Manage RFP processes with stakeholders.
• Qualify new parts with suppliers and internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and inventory programs.
• Coordinate with commodity teams and plant supply chains on projects.
