Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist in Denver to lead end-to-end procurement for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, and Travel. You will develop category strategies, analyze spend, and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and reduce risk.

You will partner with senior leaders to ensure optimal supplier relationships, manage supplier performance, and push continuous improvements in procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus.
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth.
• Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
