Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager, Sourcing to own the corporate services procurement function at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.

You will partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and support Crusoe’s growth. You will lead Sourcing Specialists, drive spend analysis, and develop category strategies with measurable cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus.
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills.
• Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, Travel).
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value and mitigating risk.
• Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and help build out the procurement team.
• Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
