Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to build and own sourcing strategies for IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance, partnering with leaders to drive value and mitigate risk.

You will lead category strategies with measurable cost savings, optimize supplier relationships, and push continuous improvement across Crusoe's procurement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus.
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills.
• Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba).

• Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth.
• Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
