Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist III to support data center sites, power generation projects, and corporate teams. This contract-to-hire role is 100% remote during the contract phase and will move to on-site at Cherry Creek in Denver, CO if converted to a permanent position.

You will manage supplier data, lead bids, negotiate contracts, redline terms, and drive cost-effective procurement for major capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in direct procurement roles (Buyer, Capital Project Procurement, or Category Manager).
• Experience in Data Center or Power Generation project procurement incl. large infrastructure such as compressor stations or electrical/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage suppliers and analyze product and price data for contract negotiations.
• Lead bid events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and prepare bid summaries for leadership.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers and manage KPI performance.
• Negotiate and execute a range of agreements and contracts.
• Draft and redline contract language and manage contract administration.
• Build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
