Crusoe is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist focused on Colocations to drive sourcing strategies for Cloud Data Center equipment. You will support the full procurement lifecycle from market analysis through negotiation and supplier performance management, partnering with Data Center teams to enable growth.

This is a full-time role based in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to negotiate and build strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2-5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Strong understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; proficient in Excel.
• Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Negotiation experience with vendor terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Cloud Data Center categories.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis to supplier performance management.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risk.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost and service.
• Identify procurement process improvements for efficiency and visibility.
• Analyze product and price data for negotiations and develop recommendations.
• Conduct bid events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) and prepare commercial award recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Provide proactive project status updates to stakeholders.
