Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist III to drive procurement for data center sites, power generation projects, and corporate teams. The role blends contract management, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

The position offers remote work during the contract phase and a path to full-time on-site work at our Cherry Creek location in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in direct procurement roles (Buyer, Capital Project Procurement, or Category Manager).
• Experience in large-scale Data Center or Power Generation projects (oil & gas sector a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on contract redlining experience, drafting and counter-language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage suppliers and analyze product data for contract negotiations.
• Lead bid events (RFIs/RFQs/RFPs) and prepare award summaries.
• Identify and pre-qualify potential suppliers for major projects.
• Negotiate and execute various contracts (SOs, MSAs, CPAs, EPCs).
• Redline contracts and draft terms directly into documents.
• Manage contract administration and supplier performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Legal, and external suppliers.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders.
