Job summary

Torrey Holistics is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Engineer to own procurement for Energy Systems from pre-PO to post-PO, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of critical components. You will lead large projects, standardize approaches, and collaborate with GSCS to align resources and monitor health.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 4+ years of procurement engineering experience, with international nuclear sourcing exposure and knowledge of ASME standards preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering in a relevant field.
• 4+ years procurement engineering experience with structural components.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• International nuclear project sourcing experience; ASME NQA-1 or ASME III knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve safety-related requisitions.
• Coordinate RFx activities and set supplier/service sourcing strategies.
• Solicit and evaluate quotes; analyze proposals; lead negotiations for pricing, delivery, and terms & conditions.
• Drive post-PO supplier performance and commitments; lead change/contract management; document changes in SAP.
