Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in sourcing or related field.
• 5+ years' experience with negotiation and vendor assessment (cost, quality, delivery).

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and supplier selection.
• Analyze spend and variance to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead RFP processes with stakeholders and qualify new parts.
• Coordinate with plants and suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
