Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training and performance management preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to account teams in contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and procurement matters.
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for outsourced services.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and related documents.
• Manage supplier and contractor certification process and vendor performance reviews.
• Lead lifecycle management of contracts including terminations, expirations, and renewals.
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide SME input on outsourcing practices and strategic value.
• Lead/support RFP development and solution selection processes.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment and adaptability.
• Drive KPIs like cost savings, supplier performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
