Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead a team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will support client or department sourcing strategies and drive end-to-end procurement initiatives.

The role requires experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and spend analysis, with strong MS Office skills and a focus on cost optimization and stakeholder satisfaction. A professional certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to account teams in contract negotiations, vendor relationships, invoice disputes, escalations, and other procurement-related matters.
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for outsourced services, aligning with client or departmental objectives.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and associated business documents for goods and services.
• Manage supplier and contractor certification process, including periodic reviews of vendor performance and compliance.
• Lead contract lifecycle management activities—terminations, expirations, extensions, renewals—ensuring compliance with standards and legal requirements.
• Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and service scopes to identify opportunities for value creation and cost optimization.
• Provide SME on outsourcing practices and strategic value; lead/support RFP development and solution selection processes.
