Job summary

You will oversee contract drafting, negotiation, supplier certification, and lifecycle management while driving cost optimization through spend analysis and performance metrics.

• Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation for goods and services.
• Manage supplier certification, performance reviews, and compliance.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities with renewals and terminations.
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to drive cost optimization.
• Provide SME on outsourcing practices and strategic value.
• Lead/support RFP development and solution selection.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to account teams in contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for outsourced services.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Oversee supplier certification, performance reviews, and compliance.
• Lead contract lifecycle management including renewals and expirations.
• Analyze spend data and supplier metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support RFP development and solution selection processes.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment and adaptability.
