Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Telecom sourcing globally from Dallas. You will develop category strategies, run market analyses and lead competitive solicitations to deliver cost savings and governance across CBRE’s technology stack.

You will negotiate enterprise cloud agreements (Azure, AWS, GCP), hardware, infrastructure services and telecom contracts, partnering with IT, Legal, Finance and Risk Management to drive value while managing supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
8+ years in strategic sourcing with 4+ years in IT Infra/Cloud/Telecom.
Proven track record negotiating hyperscaler cloud agreements (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience negotiating IT hardware, telecom, and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for IT Infrastructure and Telecom.
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities and supplier landscapes.
Lead competitive RFPs and RFIs across subcategories.
Negotiate terms for Cloud, IT Hardware, and Telecom agreements and manage supplier relationships.
Partner with IT, Legal, Finance and Risk Management to drive savings and governance.
