• Experience with RFP development and supplier performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on contract negotiations, vendor relationships, invoice disputes, escalations, and other procurement matters.
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for outsourced services aligned with client goals.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and related documents for goods and services.
• Oversee supplier and contractor certification, vendor performance reviews, and compliance.
• Lead lifecycle management activities including terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals in line with company standards.
