Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in strategic sourcing, strong financial acumen, and experience with SAP/SAP Ariba. This role supports a broad supplier network and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing (indirect), category management, supplier management and negotiation preferred.
• Effective communication in English and presentation skills at all levels.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Category Sourcing Lead for assigned indirect categories (e.g., EHS, Energy, Facilities).
• Primary sourcing partner support for stakeholders in indirect categories.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts; maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories.
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow requests and new supplier setups.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance on favorable contracting terms.
