Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with all levels.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen and project management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead category sourcing for assigned indirect categories such as EHS, energy and facilities.
• Serve as primary sourcing partner for stakeholders within indirect categories.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new contracts and maintain existing ones.
• Manage RFP events within indirect categories and ensure compliance.
• Drive purchasing discipline and ensure policy adherence.
• Review buy requests and supplier setups within categories.
• Coordinate with legal to ensure favorable terms.
