Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the sort center network initiative within our Supply Chain Program Management team in Seattle.

You will drive capability roadmaps, manage 3PL relationships, and coordinate across DC Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Stores, Finance, Sourcing, and Technology to deliver strategic value. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, transportation, 3PL or logistics management, or retail.
• Proven experience managing external vendors or 3PL partners with SLA/KPI management and business reviews.
• Ability to build and communicate strategy, including business cases and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience launching or scaling new sites, facilities, or network capabilities.
• PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, or equivalent governance experience.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, invoicing, and cost drivers.
• Experience working with data science, analytics, and technology teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Execution: translate network strategy into actionable program roadmaps and deliver against SCO goals.
• Launch Execution and Change Management: lead site launches from readiness through cutover and hypercare.
• Data Insights and Performance: track network KPIs and provide timely visibility into performance.
• Continuous Improvement: support stabilization and site enhancements with cross-functional coordination.
• Stakeholder Communication: deliver updates and leadership summaries on progress, risks, and performance.
