Job summary

You will use data analysis, financial insights, and executive presentations to drive decisions and measurable results, coordinating across business, technology, and operations teams while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, including data analysis, modeling, pivot tables, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial literacy, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
