Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations in Seattle to lead strategic supply chain projects and drive cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.

You will manage end-to-end program delivery, align requirements across departments, and optimize operations for growth while maintaining governance and clear communication. The role requires 7+ years in supply chain program management and strong leadership.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, fulfillment, manufacturing, and technical systems integration.
  • Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds in the industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program initiatives with both technical and business aspects to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define and align scope and requirements across Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.
  • Drive revenue through cost optimization, throughput improvements, and value analyses.
  • Manage end-to-end product readiness from development to distribution centers.
  • Collaborate with Retail, eCommerce, Technology, and Consumer Product Development to address operational challenges.
  • Oversee projects requiring integration of technical systems and business processes.
  • Develop KPIs to measure operations performance and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation plans at team and executive levels.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed.
