Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead operational excellence and program delivery across its sort center network. You will translate supply chain strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive launches with vendor performance improvements.

Collaborate with operations, transportation, inventory, stores, finance, sourcing, and technology teams to advance network results. You will manage external partners, track KPIs, and communicate progress to senior leaders, using proven change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in program management, supply chain ops, transportation, logistics, 3PL mgmt, or retail.
  • Experience managing external vendors or 3PL with SLA and KPI management and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to develop strategies, business cases, financial models, and multi-year roadmaps for senior leadership.
  • Experience launching or scaling sites, facilities, or network capabilities through steady-state operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, data and analytics experience, and communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred, or equivalent program governance experience.
