Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Supply Chain Operations in Seattle. You will lead cross-functional, technically oriented programs that align with business goals, drive on-time delivery, and optimize scope, schedule, and budgets.

You will collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation and Fulfillment to identify requirements, develop roadmaps, and improve data flow. A fast-paced environment demands strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
7+ years of experience in supply chain program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, planning, fulfillment, manufacturing, and technical systems integration.
Experience leading technical projects or working closely with technical teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of program initiatives, encompassing both technical and business aspects, to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure scope of work and requirements are appropriately identified, developed, and aligned across functions such as Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Transportation, and Fulfillment.
Positively impact revenue through value analysis and engineering, cost optimization, and throughput efficiency improvement.
Drive commercialization work and ensure end-to-end visibility of product readiness from initial development through delivery to distribution centers.
Work with team members across multiple departments to drive initiatives and address operational challenges.
Lead projects that require a deep understanding of both technical systems and business processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
Identify, develop, and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, increase visibility across teams, and enable decision-making.
Develop and communicate program roadmaps, status, risks, and mitigation plans at both an individual team and executive level.
Travel up to 20% depending on business needs.
