Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the sort center network program management, drive capability roadmaps, and partner with 3PLs and cross-functional teams to deliver value across Supply Chain and Nordstrom Rack.

Responsibilities include roadmap delivery, launch readiness, data-driven performance tracking, and continuous improvement across DC Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Stores, Finance, Sourcing, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, transportation, 3PL or logistics management, or retail
• Proven experience managing external vendors or 3PL partners, including SLA and KPI management
• Demonstrated ability to build and communicate strategy, including business cases, financial models, and multi-year roadmaps
• Experience launching or scaling new sites, facilities, or network capabilities

Responsibilities

• Roadmap execution: translate the sort center network strategy into actionable program roadmaps and deliver against them
• Launch execution and change management: lead new capability/site launches from readiness through cutover and hypercare
• Data insights and performance: track network KPIs and provide leadership with timely visibility into performance
• Continuous improvement: partner with on-site Nordstrom and 3PL teams to drive stabilization and improvements
• Stakeholder communication: provide updates and summaries to leadership with progress, risks, and performance
