Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Manager (Starlink Aviation) to lead global S&OP, analyze KPIs, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or business.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
• 2+ years of experience in Excel or programming.

Responsibilities

• Own global S&OP (sales & operations planning) for Starlink Aviation to convert hardware into active, paying customers.
• Analyze KPIs such as active subscribers, network utilization, latency, inventory turnover, and hardware unit economics; develop S&OP models and decision tools.
• Translate analysis into strategic insights and hardware mix strategy to accelerate adoption and maximize lifetime value.
• Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting with dynamic capacity constraints with engineering.
• Drive resource planning for verticals, including hardware ramp and sunset plans in collaboration with hardware & manufacturing engineering.
• Enable and accelerate go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification for zero-latency deployment.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink’s operational trajectory with leadership.
