Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Manager (Starlink) to lead global S&OP for hardware products, turning plans into paid customers. You will analyze KPIs like subscribers, network usage, and unit economics, and translate insights into hardware mix strategies to boost lifetime value.

You will orchestrate demand forecasting with capacity constraints, collaborate with network and manufacturing engineers, and drive resource planning for critical ramps and sunsets while supporting post-licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or business.
• 4+ years in engineering, manufacturing, product mgmt, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
• 2+ years of Excel or programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global S&OP for specific hardware products to convert hardware into active, paying customers.
• Analyze KPIs such as subscribers, network utilization, latency, inventory turnover, and hardware economics.
• Translate analysis into strategic insights and hardware mix strategy to accelerate adoption and maximize LTV.
• Coordinate demand forecasting with capacity constraints and work with network engineering.
• Drive resource planning for verticals and execute hardware ramp and sunset plans.
• Support go-to-market execution post-licensing and certification for zero-latency deployment.
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink's operational trajectory with leadership.
