Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience—capturing existing journeys and leading re-imagination
• Experience identifying how technology improves customer experience and adds value
• Prior public sector bidding experience in Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments
• Proven ability to work with bid teams and wider solution workstreams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution development aligned with strategy and affordability targets
• Develop high-level service design and communicate with stakeholders
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers and technical leads to embed AI and technology
• Oversee solution assurance, governance and bid narrative preparation
• Identify and mitigate risks; support transition and lessons learned
