Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a strategic bidder with strong service design experience to craft tailored solutions for public sector opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end offerings, engage stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with client business objectives.

You will collaborate with technical leads to incorporate AI and technology where it adds business value, while supporting governance and risk management across the bid lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience – capturing existing customer journeys and leading the reimagination of future customer journeys via facilitated workshops
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and increase value for money and the documentation of functional technology requirements
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments
• Proven ability working with key bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of the market and bid opportunity to develop a tailored solution
• Leads a matrix solution team to develop end-to-end solutions aligned to strategy
• Manages stakeholder engagement across bid teams and Maximus stakeholders
• Oversees design of bespoke solution elements to meet client requirements
• Supports an effective handover to the transition team to implement the solution
