Job summary

Namaste Solar is seeking a Residential Service Project Coordinator to drive customer service from intake through scheduling, execution, and follow-up. You will coordinate priorities across customers, technicians, management, materials, and revenue needs, translating system information into practical next steps for each audience.

You will own the workflow, apply project-management discipline, and help improve how Residential Service operates while supporting sales opportunities when applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and schedules.
• Ability to translate technical information for customers and technicians.
• Knowledge of residential solar PV systems and common service issues.

Responsibilities

• Own and schedule residential service work, including roof-removal and reinstallation tasks.
• Manage service intake from customer requests to project kickoff and completion.
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal teams; identify next steps and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate work-order documentation and monitor open items.
• Coordinate with technicians pre- and post-appointments and report trends to management.
• Support sales-related work when appropriate, including follow-up calls after estimates.
