Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience coordinating residential installations and service work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a CRM or service scheduling platform.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of solar projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reporting.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the sales team with technical knowledge and project feasibility assessments.
