Job summary

Dynasty Solar is seeking a proactive Solar Service Coordinator to manage service requests across a portfolio of solar systems. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate field service, and act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams.

You will monitor system performance, prioritize high-volume workflows, and document all activity in CRM systems while collaborating with Billing, Collections, and Operations teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solar, service coordination, or operations.
• Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms (Enphase, SolarEdge, Locus preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with field teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems (QuickBase, Method CRM, or similar a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests and customer inquiries.
• Monitor system performance and identify underperforming or offline systems.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely using monitoring platforms.
• Dispatch and coordinate for field service.
• Track service tickets from initiation through resolution.
• Communicate updates to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Work closely with Billing, Collections, and Operations teams.
• Review service reports, photos, and completion notes for accuracy.
• Ensure all service activity is documented in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues as needed.
