Qualifications

10+ years in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading and developing procurement teams (3–5 years).
Proven ability to drive cost reductions through category strategy and supplier consolidation.
Experience with EMS/CM partners and contract manufacturing models.
Multi-commodity sourcing across electronics, mechanical parts, and battery materials.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year procurement and sourcing strategy for the Global EMS Operation.
Lead and grow the U.S. procurement team to scale with the business.
Manage total spend and deliver cost-reduction targets.
Establish a domestic supplier network and ensure supplier qualification and onboarding gates.
Lead high-value commercial negotiations including master supply agreements and long-term pricing.
Interface with Korea-based System Procurement to align global and U.S. needs.
Define procurement operating model, governance, and contract lifecycle management.
Manage supply risk, inventory strategy, and contingency planning.
Provide KPI reporting on cost savings, on-time delivery, quality, and lead times.
Collaborate with engineering on NPI to secure capacity and control cost.
