Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement and logistics for raw materials across the supply chain. The role involves forecasting consumption, planning POs, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and HQ to ensure timely delivery.

The position requires a degree in SCM or related fields, 3 years of purchasing experience, and fluency in Chinese and English as well as familiarity with SAP and procurement portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
• 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Forecast the monthly consumption of raw materials based on the monthly production plan.
• Make a monthly PO plan for the procurement of raw materials and share it with HQ.
• Issue the PO according to PR received by the Production/Process/R&D/Operation Management Team using the Global Procurement Portal System.
• Update the supply/demand sheet and order sheet based on shipping status and collect shipping documents.
• Share shipping documents with Logistics Team for import customs declaration.
