Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to shape software hiring strategy within the Air Dominance and Strike division. The role is hybrid onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, D.C., Boston, or remote, contract-to-perm eligibility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong data storytelling, and leadership in fast-paced environments. DoD clearance eligibility is required. Excellent TA processes and executive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to convey complex information with a data-driven narrative.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies with prospecting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews to ensure high interview-to-offer ratios.
• Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.
