Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking an Asset Analyst to manage the MTA's software asset inventory, licensing compliance, and procurement processes from our New York office. The role emphasizes accuracy, data analysis, and effective collaboration with IT and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in software asset management or IT asset management.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM or IT Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document clearly.
• Knowledge of software licensing models, compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the software asset database in ServiceNow with accuracy.
• Track license agreements, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
• Support software procurement and vendor negotiations to optimize costs.
• Configure SAM in ServiceNow and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Process SAM-related service requests and incidents in ServiceNow.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvements within SAM.
