Responsibilities include managing ServiceNow SAM data, license audits, vendor communications, and generating dashboards to show license utilization and cost optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in software asset management, IT asset management, or related field.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM or IT Asset Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Software Inventory & Asset Tracking: maintain and update the software asset database in ServiceNow; track discovery data and reconcile inventories.
• Licensing Compliance & Management: monitor license agreements, compliance status, and conduct audits.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: support procurement, evaluate quotes, and negotiate licensing terms.
• ServiceNow Administration & Reporting: configure SAM module settings, create reports/dashboards, and present metrics to stakeholders.
• Ticket Management & Support: process SAM-related service requests in ServiceNow and maintain SLAs.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: document SAM processes and identify efficiency gains.
