• Proven ability to build and scale social capabilities, operating models, governance, or programs.
• Strong knowledge of creator marketing, organic social, paid social, earned media and activations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise social strategy, roadmap, governance, and risk management.
• Evaluate partnerships and provide social strategies to inform investments and impact.
• Coordinate connected activation across creator marketing, organic social and in-person events.
• Build capability playbooks, processes, and partnerships to drive innovation and compliance.
• Evolve KPI systems, oversee reporting, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead and develop a team, aligning brands, agencies, earned media, paid social, legal, and compliance.
